Pavel Petrovich is a specialist in the fields of law, philosophy, pedagogics; author of more than 500 scientific and methodological works, including eight monographs, twelve textbooks, more than ninety articles included in the list of HAC (Higher Attestation Commission). During forty-five years of productive work the Professor has prepared 117 candidates and 19 doctors of Sciences. He is an Academician of RANS, member of International science Academy of pedagogical education and the New York Academy of Sciences, the Chairman of the Commission on regulation of social security, fight against crime and corruption, the member of Expert Council under the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation; member of Expert Council of HAC of the Ministry of education of the Russian Federation; the Head of the National Security section of the Advisory Council to the presidential authorized representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District; Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Honorary member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, awarded by 15 state and departmental medals, Honorary badge of the Russian Academy of Sciences for services in the development of science and economy, personal award weapon (Makarov pistol).
