Using possibilities of Wikimedia projects for supporting regional development of the Russian Federation

Competencies for systemic use of Wikimedia projects in Education.

Teacher

An adult guides students in the following aspects:

Finding one's way around Wikimedia world
- Navigation between Wikimedia projects and their language-specific spaces
- Using Help,
- Finding governing Policies and guidelines, Community portals, Forums etc. in each of the Wiki-spaces
Understanding that every edit from each Username is visible from all around the world and will stay part of history forever.
Learning the importance of following Five pillars of Wiki, especially its Civility standard and consequences for misbehavior.

Helping choosing and registering an account, choosing necessary preferences and other settings (if necessary).
Noting course participants' usernames on a project's wiki page for further monitoring student progress.
Assigning or otherwise identifying specific topics students will work on independently.
Deciding on how course participants will reviewing each other's work, before it's submitted for independent independent peer review
